Darren Mort

Darren has been a specialist Barrister in the Family Court for over 30 years. He is also an Author, Producer, Actor and founded a Children’s charity, TO BE LOVED NETWORK LIMITED.
Darren also sits on the Board of the Association of Family & Conciliation Courts (Aust Chapter).
Darren recently produced an acclaimed film, TOMMY, illustrating these issues. The film has been used worldwide as a teaching tool with associated discussion papers.

Claire Holland is the Course Coordinator of the James Cook University Conflict Management and Resolution Program. Anne-Marie runs her own boutique mediation and coaching practice where she works with clients going through divorce and separation. She also works as a corporate trainer to help leaders and their teams in workplaces manage conflict and learn effective communication skills. She was awarded a Churchill Fellowship in 2020 to research Parenting Co-ordination overseas.

Jess is a former family lawyer, having practiced for 7 years at a Canberra based law firm prior to joining Conflict Resolution Service.
