Vesna Flower Cvjeticanin will present on Elder Mediation.
Elder mediation is used to address conflicts involving older adults, primarily involving caregiving or finances. Elder Mediation is a relatively new approach to resolving these types of issues and there is even less awareness of it as an option in ethnic communities around Australia.
Vesna will share with us some of her experience with the complexities of providing mediation to people from diverse cultures.

Fiona was recently awarded Innovative Mediator of the Year for her work with FamilyProperty to introduce technology to support the Family Dispute Resolution Process.
Emma is the head of Product for Smokeball Australia. Emma has worked closely with Family Law practitioners in Australia, to identify how technology can improve dispute resolution processes.

2021 Mock Mediations
Mock Mediations are a simulated demonstration of what happens in a mediation session.
Typically mediation sessions run for at least 2 to 3 hours with some styles of mediation convened as full day sessions.
Mock Mediation’s give you a sampler of what happens in mediation. They are not a re-enactment of a mediation session.
